2022 BYD YUAN Plus Price In Nepal Can Give A Tough Competition to all other EVs in Pricing and Performance segments.
The main reason for the poor sale of electric cars in the Nepali market is that customers have to pay more than Rs 50 lakhs in the SUV segment, and another reason is the lack of interest in small vehicles.
Most people will buy an electric car to get the best SUV for less than Rs 40 lakhs. However, even though the Tata Nexon is priced at less than Rs 40 lakhs, customers who booked this car have been forced to buy another vehicle due to supply problems in the Nepali market.
The compact SUVs currently being sold in the market in the size of Creta, Seltos, Kushaq, and Taigun will be the choice of many customers if they get a full option electric car at less than the price of the initial variant of these vehicles.
It is understood that the 2022 BYD YUAN Plus model Cimex Inc. Pvt. Ltd. is preparing to bring the market demand of this segment to Nepal. The company is expected to unveil it at the NADA Auto Show 2022 in February.
The 2022 BYD YUAN Plus length is 4360 mm, width 1785 mm, height 1680 mm, and wheelbase 2535 mm. In addition, it has 185 mm of ground clearance.
BYD uses 70 kW motors and 50.1 and 53.2 kWh lithium-ion valve batteries in the 2022 BYD YUAN Plus. The battery is said to be able to run 401 to 410 kilometers once fully charged.
All four wheels have disc brakes, 16-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, panoramic sunroof, keyless entry, remote lock, push bottom start, parking radar, ABS with EBD, brake assist, traction control, electronic stability control, and hill start.
The 2022 BYD YUAN Plus model is an excellent SUV with an automatic headlight, daytime running light, infotainment system, LCD instrument cluster, armrest, power window, rear wiper.
In Nepal, the price of this car has not been disclosed by the company yet.
